User experience (UX) design is about how a user feels about using a product or system like : a Web site or a software or … . The increasing number of the web sites on the web causes 2 problems:

• Gives endless choices to the users
• Makes it difficult for site owners to compete with their competitors on the web

Why Usability is important?

In the competitive market, users will choose web sites which are easier to use, for example if you are going to buy a camera online, you’ll chose a web site in which you can both buy the camera and have fun (or at least pain free shopping experience).

• Analyzing:
